NoPace (hereinafter referred to as "the App") respects user privacy and is committed to protecting personal information. This Privacy Policy explains what information the App collects and how it is used.

The App stores the following information that users directly input locally on their device:

  • Task names and descriptions
  • Task intervals and due dates
  • Task completion records
  • Notification settings
  • App theme and display preferences

This information is stored only on your device using local storage (AsyncStorage) and is NOT transmitted to our servers.

1.2 Analytics Data (Firebase Analytics)

To improve the App's functionality and user experience, we collect the following anonymous analytics data through Firebase Analytics (provided by Google LLC):

  • App usage statistics (screen views, feature usage)
  • Task creation and completion events (anonymized, no task content)
  • App performance metrics (launch time, response time)
  • Device information (device model, OS version, app version)
  • General location (country level only)
  • Language settings
  • Time zone

This data is collected anonymously and cannot be used to identify individual users.

1.3 Crash Reports (Firebase Crashlytics)

To maintain app stability and fix bugs, we collect crash reports through Firebase Crashlytics (provided by Google LLC):

  • Crash logs and stack traces
  • Device state at time of crash
  • App state and version
  • Device model and OS version

No personal information or task content is included in crash reports.

1.4 Purchase Information (RevenueCat)

To process in-app purchases (such as tips to support development), we use RevenueCat (provided by RevenueCat, Inc.). Only when you open a purchase screen, the following information is sent to RevenueCat:

  • An anonymous user ID generated by the app
  • Purchase history (product, price, currency, purchase date) and store transaction information
  • Device information (OS version, app version, country/region)

No personal information such as your name or email address, and no task content, is sent. Payments are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play); neither the App nor RevenueCat receives your credit card information.

We use the collected information for the following purposes:

  • Local Data: To provide core app functionality (task management, notifications)
  • Analytics Data: To understand app usage patterns and improve features
  • Crash Reports: To identify and fix bugs and improve app stability
  • Performance Data: To optimize app performance and user experience
  • Purchase Information: To process in-app purchases and verify purchase status

3. Data Storage and Security

3.1 Local Data

  • All personal task data is stored locally on your device using AsyncStorage
  • This data is never transmitted to external servers
  • Data is deleted when you uninstall the app

3.2 Analytics and Crash Data

  • Processed and stored by Google (Firebase) in accordance with their privacy policy
  • Data is retained for up to 90 days
  • Stored on secure Google servers with encryption

  • Local data security depends on your device's security settings

The App uses the following third-party services:

6.3 Data Deletion

  • Delete individual tasks within the app
  • Delete all data by uninstalling the app

7. Children's Privacy

  • The App does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13
  • If you are under 13, please obtain parental consent before using the App
  • Parents can contact us to request deletion of any accidentally collected data

8. International Data Transfers

  • Analytics data may be processed in the United States by Google, and purchase information by RevenueCat
  • By using the App, you consent to this transfer and processing
  • Google complies with applicable data protection frameworks

  • We may update this Privacy Policy periodically
  • Significant changes will be notified through the app
  • Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance
